The architectural choice of concrete walls, expansive glazing, exposed loft-spaces with mezzanines and high ceilings makes it stand out from typical loft buildings. The inclusion of art/community-oriented amenities with courtyard sculpture gardens, further anchors the building's character in the arts district.
Along with the key architectural design custom features added are: Shoji-style modern interior doors, cabinetry, glass fireplace surround, art niches, tile, lighting, flooring, and custom Juliet balcony rails. From the moment you enter this meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed space you will feel an appreciation for the attention to detail.
