Despite leaving multiple messages, he continued to call repeatedly, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. Every time I answered, I was met with a rehearsed pitch that lacked any personal touch. It seemed he was more interested in making a sale than actually providing valuable information. This relentless approach left me feeling overwhelmed and annoyed rather than informed. I appreciate that real estate can be a competitive field, but this aggressive cold calling is a huge turn-off. I would not recommend Patrick Rampy if you’re looking for a respectful and professional real estate agent. There are far better options out there that respect potential clients’ boundaries.
