Madison Morris was initially helpful but when we decided to walk away from a property that we loved that yielded a poor inspection report, her demeanor was difficult to witness. She stormed out of the property the moment we announced this news to her - it was similar to a bratty child who didn't get their way. Instead of coming alongside our efforts and showing her sadness/disappointment for US - it was very much about her and her commission- she clearly cannot regulate her emotions in the process of helping families find homes. We felt like dollar signs instead of humans. We were very disappointed with the way she showed up in the process and decided to stop working with her. During the inspection instead of dropping in and saying hello and chatting with us, her time at the residence was spent out in the yard or her car on her laptop. We've never been treated so disrespectfully by someone we've commissioned.

Kormick did an absolutely outstanding job when finding my apartment. I was previously commuting over an hour for work, and did not have any time on my hands to locate an apartment. The professionalism and personality that Kormick brought to this process made everything so easy and took an extremely stressful process off my hands. He was flexible with my changing and packed schedule, and I could not be more grateful for the hard work that he did! New apartment is absolutely stunning, and had everything and more that I wanted.
