Terrible build quality. Everyone in our 8 plex townhouse on Jason st built by modus has had issues due to incorrect installation of mini split HVAC units. I’m now looking at a 16k bill for a unit less than 5 years old

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Patrick Rampy from Modus Realty. His cold calling tactics were not just excessive but downright irritating. Despite leaving multiple messages, he continued to call repeatedly, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. Every time I answered, I was met with a rehearsed pitch that lacked any personal touch. It seemed he was more interested in making a sale than actually providing valuable information. This relentless approach left me feeling overwhelmed and annoyed rather than informed. I appreciate that real estate can be a competitive field, but this aggressive cold calling is a huge turn-off. I would not recommend Patrick Rampy if you’re looking for a respectful and professional real estate agent. There are far better options out there that respect potential clients’ boundaries.

Graham Marsden helped me to sell my home. I can’t thank enough what Graham did for me and wife during a complex process. He was always available when I had questions. He even called me once out of business hours just to make sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated that . That shows he respects and value his clients . You don’t see that often. Sydney was our real estate agent for our very first home purchase recently and she made this very daunting new purchase an absolute breeze. Madison Morris was initially helpful but when we decided to walk away from a property that we loved that yielded a poor inspection report, her demeanor was difficult to witness. She stormed out of the property the moment we announced this news to her - it was similar to a bratty child who didn't get their way. Instead of coming alongside our efforts and showing her sadness/disappointment for US - it was very much about her and her commission- she clearly cannot regulate her emotions in the process of helping families find homes. We felt like dollar signs instead of humans. We were very disappointed with the way she showed up in the process and decided to stop working with her. During the inspection instead of dropping in and saying hello and chatting with us, her time at the residence was spent out in the yard or her car on her laptop. We've never been treated so disrespectfully by someone we've commissioned.

Kormick did an absolutely outstanding job when finding my apartment. I was previously commuting over an hour for work, and did not have any time on my hands to locate an apartment. The professionalism and personality that Kormick brought to this process made everything so easy and took an extremely stressful process off my hands. He was flexible with my changing and packed schedule, and I could not be more grateful for the hard work that he did! New apartment is absolutely stunning, and had everything and more that I wanted.
