Garrett Beserra has been a real estate professional since 2016 and has sold over $100,000,000 in the Denver Metro area. Garrett also worked for Travelers Haven, a short-term housing company, which provided services in relocation. This position helped him gain an understanding of rental markets in Denver.

Garrett has immersed himself in real estate investing and has helped multiple real estate investors on their journey to building passive income and wealth through real estate. His passion to help investors become successful is something he truly takes pride in. Garrett also practices what he preaches as he has multiple investment properties, Airbnb investments, and house hacking investment. Garrett prides himself in his new development business as he helps developers locate new opportunities and determine its highest and best use for each parcel. Once the best use is determined Garrett helps developers align with architects, civil engineers, and designers to create a new and sophisticated look that will sell efficiently without breaking the budget. Garrett has sold over $50 million dollars in new development projects and is in the process of entitling multiple townhomes and apartment projects.
