Blake Anthony Carter is a proud native Austinite and Texan. Growing up surrounded by real estate, Blake witnessed his mother's successful pre-2008 real estate career and the crash of their company after the housing crisis of '08 unfolded. Beginning his career in property management, Blake held a position as the National Leasing Director for CWS Apartment Homes. After obtaining his real estate license, he established his own real estate company, engaging in several property flips and multiple investments across Austin. Blake is a top-producing real estate agent and also co-owns CRIBS, a comprehensive turnkey short term rental hosting company for real estate investors. In addition, Blake is a co-owner of Starlight Horizon; a boutique hotel in the Canyon Lake area. Blake has received numerous awards and actively participates in various organizations, serving as president of ServeInspire, a leader in the LGBT Real Estate Alliance, Young Men's Business League, and Austin Sunshine Camps. Recognized as a top-producing realtor and rookie of the year, he has also been honored with the presidential service award for his dedicated volunteer work. Beyond his professional endeavors, Blake's passions include trail running, mixed martial arts, specialty coffee, his dogs and his family.
