He has represented owners and investors of all profiles – single-family homeowner’s to institutional investors and everything in between. He puts his client’s interests first and enjoys helping his clients navigate the complexities of acquiring, managing, capitalizing and disposing of real estate assets.
Dave’s experience and knowledge allows him to advise clients across product types (SFR, multifamily, office, industrial, retail…), investment initiatives (core, opportunistic, net lease...), and real estate vertical’s (acquisitions, asset management, capital formation…).
Dave holds a BBA from NMSU, an MBA from DU and lives in Golden, CO with his wife and two children.
