A native of Waterloo, Iowa, and an active real estate agent since 1972, Kevan owned a leading brokerage for nearly four decades before joining the MODUS team. 

Kevan has achieved REALTOR ® Emeritus status, a special designation given to those who have held a membership with the National Association of REALTORS ® for 40 years. 

Throughout his real estate career, Kevan has represented thousands of clients, from first-time home buyers to seasoned investors. His success in real estate has been due to his commitment to earning the trust of his clients, building relationships, and acting with integrity every step of the way. 

He resides in Denver and enjoys skiing, meeting new people, while spending time with his wife, Shelley, his 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
