Lawrence is a member of The Core Training - a coaching group of roughly 200 top-producing real estate agents in the country with a mission of coaching it’s members into operating full-service, detailed, and industry leading businesses. He and his wife, Sarah, along with their business partners at MPS Design + Build remodel homes in their own portfolio and have opened up business to taking outside clients looking to renovate their own homes. Along with the MPS team, they also own and operate a short-term rental (Airbnb) management company (Mainstay Property Management) supporting short-term rental owners in Austin manage their bookings. Not to mention, Sarah is the owner of New Edge Staging - a successful real estate staging company. Having stake in multiple entities gives Lawrence the expert edge into understanding the full ins and outs needed to property guide his clients comprehensively through their real estate endeavors. A primary mission of Lawrence’s in his career is to help the “average” homebuyers realize wealth and create a legacy for their families through becoming investors. Lawrence recognized early in his career that a majority buyers he encountered were unaware of their ability to leverage their real estate purchases to help build wealth and a legacy for their families. Real estate investment is one of the cornerstones of the most financially astute individuals. To bring this practice into fruition, Lawrence holds free classes and seminars with industry partners to share tips and tricks on how to strategize their home buying journey to eventually carve a path to supplementing their day-to-day income creatively through real estate. Needless to say, it’s not uncommon for Lawrence to “talk himself out of business” by encouraging his clients to hold their property instead of listing with him when they express an interest in investing in real estate. In 2023, Lawrence took on an exciting new role as the Managing Broker and Owner of MODUS Real Estate with his partners Madison Morris and Phillip Chang. This career move was an opportunity of a lifetime for Lawrence as he joined forces with the ownership group at MODUS Real Estate headquarters in Denver, CO - a top producing brokerage in their market with an impressive foothold in commercial and residential development. Having the opportunity to become the first expansion of the MODUS brand into a new market, Lawrence welcomed the challenge with open arms in effort to become the most equipped resource for his clients, agents, team members. During this time, the trio also joined forces to create the Austin Locals Group, a production team under the MODUS umbrella, which includes their incredible team members: Brooks Wilmoth, Sydney Buring, Aymen Al Alobaidi, and Randy Bolente. Outside of work, Lawrence enjoys spending time with Sarah, and their two amazing children Penelope and Pierce. The Pritchett family loves going is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling and live music. Lawrence is always on the hunt for his next favorite taco joint in town, making the most of the many wonderful parks that Austin has to offer in his free time.
