Ben Chandran has spent the last nine years helping people turn “new house” into “home.” With extensive experience in new-home construction, he has worked with some of the largest national builders in Austin, launching and selling distinctive communities while managing both sales and construction teams along the way. A consistent multi-million-dollar top producer, Ben knows how to get results—and make the process smooth and stress-free for his clients.

Before stepping into home building, Ben founded a marketing consultancy, Tiyyar Digital Marketing, in Oslo, Norway, which means he brings a sharp marketing edge to every home he represents.

He holds dual Master of Science degrees in International Management and International Marketing, but prefers to keep things simple: clear communication, honest advice, and strong outcomes.

Having lived in four countries, Ben now proudly calls Austin home, where he lives with his wife, Julie, and their two sons, Tor and Kai. When he’s not helping clients win in the Austin property market, you’ll likely find him at an Austin FC match or working on his tennis game.
